"Connected Alarms"
So, I finally managed to set up the connected alarms in my apartment. I had to go through the linking process a couple of times since it wasn’t obvious that you had to do it within 30 seconds for the first unit. Plus, none of the devices seem to be functioning right now that they’re installed, as I can’t see the blinking light. Fingers crossed that doesn’t mean I have to redo everything. Anyway, they’re up, so I’m hoping I’m all set now.

"Burglar Alarm Battery Replacement"
I ordered a new battery for my alarm system, and it showed up pretty fast. Seems to be working fine. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is that my previous battery was a Yuasa NP2.8-12, and the ad clearly displayed a battery with that same ID. However, what I got was an NP2.8-12S. It has the same specs, but it made me wonder a bit about the difference in the model numbers.

"Delivery still hasn't arrived"
I'm still hanging around for a 'next day delivery' and it's been a week now. The courier's been stuck on 'delayed, we’ll attempt to deliver next business day' ever since. Safe Fire Direct doesn’t seem to care at all. They won’t resend or retrieve the obviously lost package. Sure, it’s cheaper than other places, but what’s the use if the stuff never shows up?
